Before the seeds from which creation would sprout from had even begun to exist, before anything had come to perceive itself in its deeds of consciousness, there were many worlds that were without the presence and fullness of the light, and their abundances were in change and death rather than stasis and immortality. Nevertheless, traces of existence and perceptible energy swirled around in the empty blackness, and they inhabited within converging and ephemeral forms and shapes that were far from elven and divine, though primordial they were. These traces, being unconscious, comatose, and lacking in perceptible being or characteristic, are referred to by our people as simply the Aya, the original spirits who, though not possessing identity or a differentiating psyche from any of their others, were composed of the pure power and potentiality from which all beings of the worlds of modernity would emerge from and resemble in their deeds. These original spirits of the Aya would only come to resemble themselves in their modern forms with the emergence of a duality, a cleaving act by forces higher than they that would rend asunder the worlds into two sets of essential characteristics and features, with their however being many littered between their polarities. In time, there would be identified a celestial principle which had facilitated this cleaving, and this force’s name identified by the elven peoples of today as Caelarkhe, the principle of stasis and order which descended into the chaos and provided structure and stability.\\ | Before the seeds from which creation would sprout from had even begun to exist, before anything had come to perceive itself in its deeds of consciousness, there were many worlds that were without the presence and fullness of the light, and their abundances were in change and death rather than stasis and immortality. In this world from which echoes remain, the Aya were composed of the metaphysical substance of pure energy and raw mana, though lacking in conscious identity and essential being as there was no stability from which they could come to know themselves as disparate from each other. The emergence of the stasis and order of Caelarkhe into the worlds of chaos, however, allowed for these powers to identify themselves, and thus, Caelarkhe was the agent by which the seeds of creation could come into existence through the spirits of the Aya. Thus, the first disparity, observed between the light and the darkness, was born, and Aya could then identify with these polarities by which every object existed in relation to. Though many of the Aya had come to identify solely with the chaos that had ruled in the times of before, some of these of the Aya had become bound to Caelarkhe’s light, and they, with their familial others, gave rise to the plane of Avaerus, belonging to worlds of eternal sustenance and immortal light.\\ | In this world from which echoes remain, the Aya were composed of the metaphysical substance of pure energy and raw mana, though lacking in conscious identity and essential being as there was no stability from which they could come to know themselves as disparate from each other.
